Adjustment Reason Code List

The Adjustment Reason Code list is used for Inventory control. It is a list of reasons used to explain why the On Hand quantity for a product is being manually adjusted. You can use this list to set a default adjustment reason that will automatically appear when performing a manual adjustment. PharmaClik Rx is pre-set to use Physical Count as the default adjustment reason.
